School significant win for Kiwa
Maori-owned technology company Kiwa Digital has made a critical sale of its voice synchronization software to the US market through a leading film school.
Watkins College of Art, Design & Film in Nashville has become the first US film school to use the innovative post-production VoiceQ software in a classroom setting.
Kiwa chief executive Steve Renata says Watkins’ expertise in preparing young filmmakers makes it an ideal partner for the New Zealand firm.
Scott Hallgren, who teaches the sound classes, says it’s the most intuitive and powerful dialogue looping software available and will allow students to use the same professional tools they will find in the industry.
