Tech expert and publisher for Mangai Paho board

The Minister for Maori Development has appointed more people from outside broadcasting to sit on the board of the Maori broadcast funding agency Te Mangai Paho.
Te Ururoa Flavell says Vanessa Clark and Brian Morris will bring a wealth of experience to the board.
Ms Clark worked for more than a decade for networking technology company Cisco Systems in Silicon Valley and Sydney and now works as a business consultant.
She also sits on the group advising the government how to spend the $30 million Maori Information and Communications Technology Development Fund.
Mr Morris works for Huia Publishers and is a fluent Maori speaker and licensed translator.
The minister also reappointed two current members, veteran Maori bureaucrat Doug Hauraki and Victoria University head of Maori studies Professor Rawinia Higgins.
