Ken Laban on the new Southern Steel coach Noeline Taurua says Noeline quite rightly is disappointed at not replacing Waimarama Taumaunu as the head coach of the Silver Ferns.
He says to be fair the coach that got the job ahead of Noeline doesn't have the same track record of success.
Ken says with Noeline Taurua what you see is what you get. Some people don't like that, they like their coaches to be in a little box.
