The Waimahia partnership is celebrating the completion of the 100th home in the massive south Auckland development.
Chair Paul Majurey says the milestone has been achieved just over a year since construction work began.
The 295-home development is now into its second stage, with stage three open for sale off the plans.
The homes are on freehold, standalone sites and are a mix of two to five bedrooms ranging in price from $350,000 to $540,000.
The $120 million development is a partnership between the 13 Auckland iwi and hapu in Nga Mana Whenua o Tamaki Makaurau, the New Zealand Housing Foundation, the Maori Trustee-run community housing provider Te Tumu Kainga and CORT Community Housing.
Mr Majurey says it delivers a blueprint for providing more affordable housing.
