Northland rugby legend Norm Berryman passes away
He may have only played one test for the All Blacks but Norman Berryman aka Stormin Norman became a rugby legend for his strength of character and the enthusiasm he brought to the game.
The father of six died today in Australia of a suspected heart attack at the age of 42.
He represented Northland through the 1990s and also played for the Crusaders, Chiefs and Blues in Super Rugby before finishing his professional career in France and then settling in Australia.
He also played New Zealand Maori in 1999, 2000 and 2003.
